This free, self-paced online course offers high school students a taste of university-style learning while helping them build five essential personal leadership skills.
- Self-reflection - students learn to pause and evaluate their thoughts, actions, and decisions. Through guided activities, they develop the habit of thinking critically about their experiences and choices.
- Organisation - this skill focuses on helping students manage their time, tasks, and responsibilities effectively, gaining skills that are essential for success in both school and life.
- Resilience and perseverance - students are guided to learn how to stay motivated during challenges, adapt to change, and maintain a positive mindset. Real-life examples from UniSC athletes show how perseverance leads to growth and achievement, even when the path is difficult.
- Respectful relationships - this module helps students understand the importance of empathy, active listening, and mutual respect for building strong relationships, skills that are vital in both academic and personal settings.
- Communication - students develop the ability to express themselves clearly and confidently so they can collaborate, lead, and advocate for themselves and others.

Students can complete the course in their own time (approximately 8–10 hours), or schools may choose to integrate it partially or fully into curriculum time.
