This low-intensity full body mobility session aims to improve your full range of motion so you can move freely in everyday life. You can expect to work on alleviating any stiffness or strength asymmetries within your body.
40 minute class run in the Gym (Functional zone)
RunFit
An interval based track workout designed to increase both endurance and speed. These sessions include drills and skills to improve your running form, intervals of varying distances, and even some noncompetitive races.

Student Services and Amenities Fee discounts
Federal government legislation determines that funds derived from the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) can be spent on supporting a sporting or other recreational activity by students.
Students are eligible for a $50 discount off their pool or gym memberships for a limited time during each semester, with the discount period commencing in orientation week of Semester 1 and 2. Please enquire with UniSC Sport and Fitness staff for details.
